If you’re new around these parts, and even if you aren’t, you might be looking for those Young Women Monthly Theme Cards you’ve seen around on Pinterest. I’ll be launching the 2016 cards soon – there’s a whole new look and approach with these cards so it’s perfect if you’ve done these in years past and want to continue with your girls. Or if you’re new to the theme cards, you can simply pick up the freebies from the 2015 set (there are no dates on these so you can use them again and again!) by following the links below or get all the files in one easy download in my shop.
How to Use Them & Printing Tips
There are a million ways you can display these cards – many of my ideas came from you all. Some created cute magnets with their girls so they could hang the cards in their lockers at school, others mailed the cards to their girls each month (who doesn’t like to receive mail right? and what a great way to let the girls know that you’re thinking about them!) with a note written on the back from their leader. Some even created a cute journal for the girls to record their personal progress thoughts, inspirations from Sunday classes and so on. The theme card were inserted as monthly page dividers.
These cards act as a great reminder for the youth – simply download the file below and send it to your favorite local photo shop (I love using Costco or Sam’s Club). *Just a little side note: If you open the file you’ll see that the size is actually larger than a 4×6; however, the size matches the resolution requirements that most photo shops use for this photo size. Printing them as photos, rather than color copies is by far the cheaper option. And who doesn’t like something that’s cute and cost-effective?
