My first job out of college was for Creating Keepsakes. I worked as an editor for Paper Crafts magazine. I loved it. Every little piece. I grew up crafting with a mother that is a creative genius. So working for the magazine was like pairing my natural loves of paper and creativity with my learned skills of writing/editing/publishing. I learned so much on both sides and knew that I’d return at some point, even though life seemed to take me in a different direction for a few years (graphic design firm and business school).
I’ll be honest, I’m a little hesitant to jump back in. But designing this pack and the few others that I have in the works has sparked a ton of creativity. So I’m making the leap and I’m so excited to share them with you (despite the nerves that come with trying something new).
Completely inspired by vintage National Park posters – love the vintage, yet bright, color palette and retro fonts and travel icons – these journal cards are perfect for capturing the highlights of your summer vacations or your ’round the world adventures.
