I know, I know. It’s only October. I hear you and I feel the same way. That said, the holidays are quickly approaching, things get crazy and before you know it – you’ll be well on your way to planning and organizing New Beginnings and such for 2018. So why not grab a 2018 calendar, that coordinates with the 2018 Mutual Theme, “‘Peace in me”.
In year’s past, I’ve put together an Organization Kit for YW Presidencies and sold it in my printables shop. I’ve had so much fun designing calendars and such, but I also had quite a few requests from many of you. Because everyone manages/plans so differently for their callings, I’ve decided to let you mix and match the organization printables – they’re all FREE for 2018, and coordinate with the theme – so you’ll be able to pick up each of the printables over the next few weeks as I get them posted.
Here’s what I have on the schedule:
Monthly Calendars – 3 different sets to match each theme kit design, already dated, and vertical format so you don’t have to twist your binder to see the month at a glance or write things down.
Birthday Calendar – all the year’s birthdays’ at a glance. Simply print it off, and fill it out as a master copy – that way you can quickly glance at it during presidency meetings and know who you’ll be celebrating with that month!
Project Planning Worksheet – this one will come in handy for bigger projects like New Beginnings, Girls Camp, Trek, Evening in Excellence and so on. It gives you a chance to write down the big picture of a large event and also add details within each box.
YW Class Presidency Meeting Agendas – this is a great way to start training the girls to lead and serve. It mirrors the YW Presidency Meeting Agenda and provides a spot for leadership training notes, ways to strengthen class members and planning for upcoming mutual activities, etc.

*includes all 3 designs – so you can download your favorite, let your presidency pick, have different designs for each project you’re planning for (seriously, Girls Camp could take up 1 whole calendar by itself right?) or whatever you’d like.
- I recommend printing your calendars on white cardstock or resume paper for the sharpest printing. However, printing on a good old color printer will work well enough for calendaring purposes.
- These prints are designed to be printed on an 8.5″x11″ page. If there are sizing issues when you get ready to print your copies, check to make sure that you’re print dialog box has it set to “Actual Size” for best results.
